An exciting project from Morson Group.

Allam Property required a new national headquarters building to be located at their High Street site. The project will be one of only a handful in the Penrith CBD office buildings that boasts a 4.5 Nabers Rating.

Being a long and deep site the building mass has been brought forward to High street, leaving a potential development site facing Higgins Street.

The building form is slender and elegant portraying a dynamic interaction with the street front. Curved awnings and projections sweep across the facade and guide the eye into the main entry of the building on High Street.

This language is continued down the sides of the building with east and west facades are protected from harsh summer sun with expressed projections and automated external screens.

Habitable podium and upper level terraced gardens give additional life to the building. Below the podium, the operable glazing helps active the street scape and create a connection between occupants of the building and pedestrians at street level.

With the environmental credentials and high quality finishes throughout, Barwick 306 will set a new level of quality for commercial offices in Penrith.
