Office design, in particular, presents a number of challenges. For example, the debate for open vs closed offices can a difficult to decide on, with recent research supportive of either solution. In our experience, it comes down to the type of business occupying the space and the wants and needs those office users types.
We work with our clients, delving into the operations of the business to help uncover the right mix of open and closed workspaces that best suit the client. This exercise happens at the earliest possible stage of the project.
