City on Vista is a six storey residential apartment building comprising 26 units, two levels of basement car parking for 34 vehicles, associated landscaping and common open space area.
The built form, scale and character of the development sets a new benchmark for boutique style medium density units with most apartments featuring access to natural light, generous balconies, and expansive views.
The design presents as a quieter residential scale through these design elements and access to natural light and outlook lay at the core of the initial design investigations.
City on Vista provides a considered, intelligent response to both its setting and to the functional requirements of the client brief.
