“Unifying language with the High Street building yet with its own unique style.”
Having a dissimilar surrounding context to the Barber Avenue building, we believed it was only right to integrate the scale and materiality into the design of the facade.
A number of individual apartments trickle up through levels with wrap around and long, oversized balconies presenting views across Penrith.
The openings in the raked roof feature allow natural light to drench the two, double height apartments with stunning views towards the Blue Mountains.
The central, common landscaped area is shared between the High and Barber buildings will the hope to encourage interaction between residents and to create a community feel.
