East Side Quarter (ESQ) Stage 1 is the first part of the 850 apartment masterplan development designed by award winning Turner Architects.
The final development will exhibit river walks, swimming pools, lagoon, retail and access to the existing amenities of the club.
ESQ Stage 1 consists of three towers containing 152 apartments over one level of common basement featuring world class design. The building facades consist of face articulated zones of brickwork, glazing and slab edges.
Morson Group has been appointed the lead consultant role for the Construction Certificate, Construction Documentation and Contract Administration phases of the development.
